Cancellation & Return Policy
Any order cancellation request will be entertained only before dispatch of the order. Any return request will be entertained only within 7 days from the date of Delivery. No exchange/return request will be allowed after the 7 days period from order date.
*Note: However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time.
Usage of Promo Code by the Company
- Promo Codes can be redeemed in online and offline modes both.
- In case you have multiple Promo Codes, in such cases, only 1 (one) promo code can be redeemed per transaction.
- Promo codes are redeemable on select merchandise, specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions only.
- Promo codes cannot be used in combination or clubbed with already discounted merchandise, other coupons, promotions, shipping specials, special offers running or other promo codes.
- Promo codes are strictly free promotional voucher with no monetary value. Promo codes which have a expiry date, cannot be used on the online or offline and will be denied automatically when tried feeding by customer. Vaaba reserves the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time.
- Promo Code value applies only to the product price and does not apply to shipping charges, sales/ GST taxes or fees.
- Promo code values once used/ applied on an order, cannot be reused if the order is canceled.
- Vaaba can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code.
- Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Vaaba.
- Promo codes, at Vaaba ‘s discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions.
- For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
- For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.
- Promo codes once used cannot be refunded.

The Website requires, in order availing the services provided by Vaaba through its website “www.vaaba.in”you are required to register as a User by choosing a user name and password for creating an Account. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name and password and the account. You may create your account through your mobile number.
Personal Information provided to us like your name and other details, including but not limited to, e-mail, contact number, contact address, which will be used for verification purposes will be stored in our database and the confidentiality of the data provided shall be maintained in accordance with the Privacy Laws of India.
Order
Before confirmation of any order(s) placed, Vaaba may contact you through the Website and ask you a some information and the order shall be confirmed only after adding the details by the Customer.
Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by you, Vaaba will arrange to pack and deliver the product to you.
In case the option of payment selected at the time of making/ opting to pay is by electronic means be it Debit/ Credit/ Net- Banking, “In case the option of payment selected at the time of making/ opting to pay is by electronic means be it Debit Card / Credit Card / Net- Banking” all the orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by Vaaba and receipt of payment has been confirmed by Vaaba.
In case, you opt to make the payment on Cash- on- delivery basis, the orders shall stand completed once the cash payment has been received by the delivery person and the product/ article ordered is handed over to you and a receiving has been signed by the you or anybody on his/ her behalf.
Product Availability
Due to slow connectivity of Internet, failure in processing of the order due to any technical default, etc. there may be possibilities that the item selected and put in the cart is not available anymore as the same might have been sold to other customer. Such situation occurs in cases of shortage of products/ articles of a particular range/ quality/ price discount offered/ or high demand at that point of time.
In such an event, Vaaba will call the Customer (provided he is a registered user on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, Vaaba shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, Vaaba shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use. “Instead of making a replacement in such a way, we can request the customer to return the product and place a fresh order.”
